Much has been written about Baby Boomers and Millennials, but Generation X also wields considerable buying power in the current market. Gen X represents those born between 1961 and 1980. According to a Nielsen Scarborough survey, there are more than 1.3 million Gen Xers in the Seattle-Tacoma DMA.
